Role & responsibilities

- Oversee welfare and administrative functions including canteen, transport, medical, safety, housekeeping, security, office administration, and vendor coordination.
- Manage HR Generalise profile, end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, HR screening, offer rollout, joining formalities, recruitment MIS.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, HR documentation, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer, and experience letters.
- Support performance management, disciplinary matters, policy implementation, and coordinate with Labour Department, Factory Inspector, and other statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.




- Manage employee welfare activities, industrial relations, grievance handling, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Mandatory Qualification

- MSW (HR) / MSW (Labour Welfare Personnel Management)
- Master's Diploma in Labour Laws & Personnel management
