Your Role

Execute BitTitan MigrationWiz mailbox migration batches as defined by wave schedule
Execute ShareGate SharePoint and OneDrive migration batches
Monitor migration job progress, identify and resolve common errors (throttling, permissions, large items)
Log migration completion status per user batch and report daily to architect leads
Handle user migration pre/post tasks: license assignment, mailbox forwarding removal, ODB sync enable
Escalate complex migration errors to EXO or SPO Architect for resolution
Participate in weekend cutover migration waves as required by schedule




Maintain migration tracking spreadsheet: per-user completion status, error codes, retry counts
Cross-team collaboration with Sogeti and Client partner teams to ensure smooth execution aligned with standard processes
