Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area/ Branch Business Manager Enterprise Sales to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth across enterprise accounts. The role involves new customer acquisition, key account management, team leadership, and achieving business targets through solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the Enterprise Sales team.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage key enterprise accounts.
- Drive sales of Office Automation, Document Management, IT Peripheral, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Manage sales planning, forecasting, pipeline, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Review team performance, conduct field coaching,



and ensure achievement of sales objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Solid background in Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales and Key Account Management.
- Experience in Office Automation, IT Hardware, IT Peripherals, Telecom, Printing, Document Management, Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual, or related technology products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
