Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests
- Handling complete Guest Relationship Management
- Handling housekeeping staff, driver's duty, and staff vehicle trips
- Manage and monitor the inventory of office supplies and tools, ordering recent supplies when necessary
- Handling Office operation and administration
- Handling couriers and packaging
- Answer boarding phone calls and emails.
- Transferring calls
- Managing data and registers
