Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in the Shipping/Marine industry will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining financial records.
- Preparing invoices, vouchers, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintaining vendor and client ledgers.
- Assisting in GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance activities.
- Preparing monthly reports, MIS, and supporting financial documentation.
- Coordinating with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Experience in the shipping / marine industry will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Com or equivalent qualification.
- 25 years of accounting experience.
- Shipping/Marine industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
