Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation Management of statutory compliances including PF, PT, TDS, and other filings Employee benefits administration (medical, loans, leave encashment, etc.) Coordination with payroll vendors and auditors Preparation of payroll, compliance, and audit reports Driving payroll process improvements and automation initiatives Eligibility: MBA (Finance) / M.Com preferred 10+ years of experience in Payroll Statutory Compliance Robust understanding of payroll operations, audits, and compliance Experience in Mutual Fund, AMC, Capital Market, BFSI, or related industries preferred
