The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex scientific information into compelling narratives that resonate with everyday consumers, ensuring a consistent and engaging content presence in the competitive beauty and skincare market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Content Funnel End to End: Write and execute content across all stages from awareness to engagement, ensuring a consistent cadence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms with measurable improvement in organic reach and engagement over time.
- Make Science Accessible and Shareable: Convert complex ingredient science and product advantages into hooks, scripts, and captions that resonate with everyday consumers driving education led content that builds both trust and conversion intent.
- Build Repeatable Content Formats That Scale:



Identify what works through performance signals and develop templated content formats that the team can execute consistently reducing dependence on one off creative efforts and building a scalable organic content system.

Qualifications Skills Required:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably within a D2C or beauty/skincare brand.
- Proven ability to build organic reach and engagement.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for a consumer audience.
- Proficiency in content strategy, execution, and performance analysis across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Experience in developing repeatable content formats and systems.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.
