About the Role

- We are looking for candidates from any city across India, as this is a fully remote role.
- The ideal candidate should have a few years of professional experience, preferably from any industry, and be comfortable working in the Video Analytics - Market Research domain. Robust communication skills are essential for this role.
- We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Associate Research Analyst to join our growing remote research team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about understanding human behavior and decision-making through video-based primary research.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct video analysis as part of primary research projects
- Work on video-based research to understand human behavior and decision-making patterns
- Verify and ensure data quality and accuracy
- Interpret and translate data into clear, actionable insights Manage research tasks and projects within defined timelines
- Collaborate effectively as a team player while also working independently and autonomously
- Engage comfortably with junior to senior-level colleagues




- Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to market research through academic courses, projects, or internships
- Experience or familiarity with FMCG industry research, data, or measurement is a plus

Job Specifications / Requirements

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a remote, research-driven environment
