About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to join our Mumbai production team. The role involves ensuring that every product is manufactured exactly as per customer specifications before packing and dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for checking dimensions, fabric type, stitching quality, finishing, and all customer-specific customizations.

This is a hands-on factory role that requires close coordination with the Operations, Production, QC, and Dispatch teams to maintain high quality standards and resolve production issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify product specifications including dimensions, fabric, foam, color, piping, ties, and other details against customer orders and internal work orders.
• Conduct in-line and final quality inspections at different stages of production.




• Check and approve raw materials before issuing them for production.
• Identify, document, and report defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for clarification on customer customizations and special requirements.
• Work closely with cutting, stitching, QC, and packing teams to maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain QA records including checklists, photographs, and inspection notes.
• Approve only quality-compliant products for packing and dispatch.
• Suggest process improvements and support preventive quality practices.
• Assist in training and guiding factory staff on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

- 24 years of experience in QA/QC within textile, garment, or home furnishing manufacturing.
• Robust understanding of fabrics, stitching techniques, finishing standards, and measurement tools.
• Ability to read work orders and accurately interpret customer specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Proficiency in using measuring tapes, QA checklists, and basic digital tools.
• Prior experience in custom or made-to-order product quality assurance is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment and coordinate across teams.

Work Environment:

- Full-time onsite role based at the Mumbai production unit.
• 6 days working week.
