Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage interior design development from concept to execution.
- Prepare GFC drawings, review BOQs, and coordinate with structural, faade, and MEP teams.
- Collaborate with procurement teams, vendors, and site teams for material selection, finalization, and timely delivery.
- Ensure seamless site coordination, attending meetings and providing design solutions to maintain quality and timelines.
- Oversee handover of projects with complete accessorization and readiness for client/operations teams.
- Manage show flats, lobbies, sales galleries, corporate offices, and hospitality interiors with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Provide creative space planning solutions and impactful design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:



Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
- Experience: 14 to 18 years of experience preferably with leading developers/design firms).
- Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, GFC drawings, and BOQ reviews.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
- Excellent space planning, visualization, and accessorization skills.
- Solid coordination ability with consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Attention to detail with a keen sense of aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions effectively.
