Your Role
As our Technology Project Manager, you'll be the essential link between various teams that make our
brokerage run smoothly.
Role & responsibilities
Team Liaison - Connect our tech team with broking operations and compliance departments. Help
translate complex market requirements into clear directives that allow our developers to focus on
what they do best.
Vendor Management - Oversee our technology infrastructure and data vendors. Ensure they meet
service level agreements and keep costs within budget.
Feature Development - Collaborate with our sales team to define scope,
timeline and prioritize the
product development roadmap based on user needs and market opportunities.
Regulatory Alignment - Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure all technology initiatives
adhere to SEBI and exchange requirements.
Market Insights Stay updated on emerging fintech/stock broking technologies and recommend
opportunities for adoption.
Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of technology project management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced
setting
Familiarity with cloud-hosted technologies, Go, and NodeJS
Knowledge of the stock broking industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
