- A proprietary trading and financial services firm is looking for a Head – HFT to build and lead its High-Frequency Trading vertical from the ground up.
- This is a greenfield leadership opportunity to establish the HFT business, technology infrastructure, trading strategies, and core team from scratch.
- Drive the development of low-latency trading systems, execution platforms, and scalable HFT architecture.
- Design, backtest, deploy, and optimize profitable algorithmic/HFT strategies across Indian markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of quant researchers, traders, and technology professionals.
- Define risk management frameworks, execution processes, and operational governance for the HFT business.
- Work closely with the promoters to shape the long-term vision, profitability, and growth of the HFT vertical.
- Preferred Experience: 5–10 years with a leading HFT, quantitative trading, or proprietary trading firm. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in building trading platforms, teams, and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
