Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to support our US sales team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments with Business Development Executives (BDE) or Business Development Managers (BDM), and assist in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and identify customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the BDE/BDM team.
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.




- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain robust client relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

- 0-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Lead Generation (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Experience in B2B sales or the Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
