Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues including motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, RAM, HDD/SSD, and power components
- Perform chip-level repair, soldering, and replacement of faulty components
- Install, configure, and upgrade laptop hardware components
- Identify and resolve overheating, power, and performance-related issues
- Maintain repair logs and service documentation accurately
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during repairs
- Coordinate with software/support teams for end-to-end issue resolution
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required
