Job Description Store Manager

Location: Bangalore-St Marks Road, near Mg road
Experience: 410years (Optical/Eyewear/Luxury Retail preferred)
Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager cum Optometrist to lead our Bangalore store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store operations, achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting professional eye examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Conduct eye examinations and recommend suitable lenses and eyewear.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Maintain inventory, billing, cash handling,



and daily reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising and premium customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high service standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom/D.Optom).
- 4–10 years of experience in optical retail, including store management.
- Strong knowledge of eye testing and lens dispensing.
- Excellent leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
- Positive communication skills in English (Kannada is an advantage).
- Proficient in POS systems and MS Office.

Working Schedule: 5.5 days a week.
