You are Responsible for: Managing a portfolio of key accounts and serving as the main point of contact. Developing strategic account plans to ensure long-term success. Monitoring account performance and implementing solutions to enhance customer relationships. Collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.

Responsibilities:

Product introduction & launch for Solar Grid Tie Inverters, Hybrid Inverters & Lithium batteries

Making & submitting business proposals to Key account solar developers / EPC customers

Key accounts mapping of targeted customers

Responsible for sales in complete region for all assigned product category

Support for updating of forecast, order processing

Provide full support for data management & back-end operations

Coordinate with back-end / commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of customers

Payment follow-up & collection

Reconciliation of accounts with the customers

Conflict resolution with customers

Upkeeping of all sales records





Interface with customers for escalations related to sales related matters / order processing.

Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time

Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection

Collecting & analysing competitor information data

Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account

Team handling & mentoring capabilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: - 14-20 Years

Education: - B.E Electrical or Electronics preferably with MBA

Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Sales of Solar / Energy / Power products.

2) Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like: -

UPS/Invertors/Batteries/Solar Panels

3) Excellent Communication Skills.
