Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- * Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, Sales, and Corporate roles.
- * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- * Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- * Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- * Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- * Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- * Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- * Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- * Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

- * Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- * Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
- * Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a proactive approach to recruitment.
- **Interested candidates can share their updated resume for consideration.**
