ABOUT PRESSFIT

Pressfit Electrical Solutions has been in business for over 36 years, serving customers through a strong network of distributors and retailers across India. Our field sales operations are powered by an efficient Head Office support team, and this role is an integral part of that system.

THE ROLE

Your day will revolve around Excel, MIS reporting, BeatRoute, and coordination with the sales team. You will prepare reports, maintain sales data, validate field activities, reconcile expenses, and ensure management receives accurate business information.

This is a desk-based role at our Head Office in Ulhasnagar.

No Field Sales • No Travel • No Work From Home

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sales Operations & Tracking

- Track field sales activities using BeatRoute (or similar Sales Force Automation software).
- Verify field routes and customer visits using Google Maps.
- Identify data mismatches and follow up with the sales team for corrections.
- Maintain accurate customer, dealer, and sales records.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Generate Excel-based dashboards and management reports.




- Maintain historical sales data for reporting and analysis.
- Present accurate reports and summaries to management.

Expense Coordination

- Track, validate, and reconcile field expense claims.
- Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with the Accounts team for settlement.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales Executives for timely report submission.
- Support day-to-day sales operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data updates across systems.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, reports, and coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable following up with people, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring reports are completed on time.

MUST-HAVES

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, MIS Reporting).
- Experience with BeatRoute or similar software is preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
