We are looking for a focused Lead Generator who can consistently generate qualified meetings through LinkedIn and Email outreach.

This is a pure execution role — if you can send quality outreach, follow up smartly, and book meetings, you’ll do well here.

- Identify and research target prospects (CPA firms, business owners, accounting firms)
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection + follow-ups)
• Run cold email campaigns with proper follow-up sequences
• Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls / meetings
• Maintain lead tracker and outreach pipeline
• Work closely with sales/BD team for conversions
• Continuously test and improve messaging

- 1–3 years experience in lead generation / outbound sales
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach & cold emailing
• Strong written English (this is non-negotiable)
• Ability to handle rejection and still follow up




• Basic understanding of sales funnel and targeting

- Experience in Accounting Outsourcing / B2B Services
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
• Experience targeting US / international clients

- Explicit growth path into Business Development roles
• Performance-based incentives
