M. P. Chitale & Co. is a 75 years old firm. It has 14 partners with 3 offices in Mumbai and 2 office in Pune. The firm is specialised in audit and assurance services to various financial sector intermediaries

such as Mutual Funds, Portfolio Managers, Investment advisors, Alternate Investment Funds, Insurance companies, stock Brokers, depository participants, registrar and transfer agents, custodian etc.

The firm is engaged in statutory, internal, concurrent audits of the above entities as well as carry out diagnostic reviews of the operations and compliance practices of the above mentioned

entities.

Job description:

Fresher or 2 year of experience in following audits

- Mutual Funds
- Portfolio Managers
- Investment advisors




- Alternate Investment Funds
- Insurance companies
- stock Brokers
- depository participants
- registrar and transfer agents
- custodian

1. Responsible for executing the above audits

2. Concurrent audit of NAV Computation for Mutual Fund, Insurance Companies

3. Accounting and Auditing of Alternative Investment Funds

4. Training on SEBI Regulations governing the above entities would be provided

5. Well versed with excel is a must
