Job Description (JD)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to engage with customers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions, support product roadmaps, and drive successful product outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Engage closely with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to design effective business solutions.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning,



business case preparation, and strategic product initiatives.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Prioritize business requirements and support backlog grooming activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
- Perform business process analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
