COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Designation: Consultant Community Organizer-Investigation

Role: The Investigator will be responsible for field-based data collection activities for research studies, including conducting protocol-mandated home visits.

Educational Requirement: HSC or equivalent

Experience: 3 or more years of work experience in field level data collection

Location: Chembur / Dharavi / Govandi / Wadala / Malvani / Kalwa

Reports to: Program Officer-Investigation

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Field level data collection using Personalized Digital Appliances (PDAs) for surveys
- Conduct regular home visits with beneficiaries
- Timely and accurate data entry in Commcare with Personalized Digital
- Any other field level quantitative or qualitative data collection as required
- Coordination with program teams during data collection with respective program
- Program wise reports to respective M & E Officers
- Monthly reporting to the M&E; team




- Contribute to organizational level work and events.
- Ensure adherence to SNEHA values, policies and guidelines
- Command over reading, writing and speaking Hindi and Marathi
- Exposure to working in vulnerable communities
- Experience of using TAB or smartphone for data entry
- Ability to meet deadlines and delivery of commitments
