We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Corporate HR functions. The ideal candidate should be robust with numbers, commercially aware, and capable of aligning HR practices with business goals.
The role requires someone who understands manpower planning, employee productivity, hiring, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business leaders and driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand business and manpower needs.
- Support business growth through effective HR planning and people strategies.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations based on data and business requirements.
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business roles.
- Ensure timely hiring within approved budgets.
- Plan manpower requirements based on business needs and expansion plans.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Drive cost-effective and productivity-focused HR practices.
Performance Management
- Drive goal setting and performance review processes.
- Work with managers to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Identify high performers and support development planning.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Support a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Address employee concerns and improve employee experience and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth HR operations and process management.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support policy implementation and process improvements.
Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across teams.
- Coordinate learning initiatives to improve employee capability and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 7-9 years of experience in Corporate HR / HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and business sense.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
