Key Result Areas :

Consolidated Financial Reporting in accordance with Ind AS & SEBI LODR (Quarterly / Yearly )

- Ensure timely preparation of consolidated results and financial statements
- Review the consolidated Financials to ensure compliance with Ind AS and correctness of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Liaison with statutory auditors for timely completion of audit, ensuring timely redressal of queries for smooth compliance.
- Review of Audit Committee Presentation.
- Additionally, preparation and audit of fit for consolidation pack for Holding Company

Analysing regulatory changes (SEBI, ICAI, MCA, etc) and implementation in ABCL and its group companies

- Providing in-house expertise in various accounting issues and practices.
- Analyse the impact of recent Regulations issued by SEBI/ICAI and implementation of the same in ABCL and its subsidiaries financial statements.
- Continuously improve accounting policies and practices and benchmarking with Peers

Corporate MIS Reporting and Annual Budgeting:





- Consolidate profitability and KPI of multiple financial services businesses for management reporting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Annual consolidation of Budget prepared by various businesses at ABCL level.
- Engage with business teams to understand key performance drivers and provide actionable insights .
- Finalization of quarterly financial performance Presentation for Review Meeting

To work on corporate actions

- Arranging valuation report during capital infusion in subsidiaries.
- Providing accounting and finance expertise for corporate actions, business restructuring.

Team Leadership and capability building

- Provide guidance to team members on Financials, Ind AS interpretation
- Ensure timely allocation and prioritization of tasks within the team to meet statutory timelines
- Drive a culture of continuous learning across team.

Skills Required: Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Corporate MIS and Budgeting, Indepth knowledge of Ind AS

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 10+ years with experience in Big 6 audit firm in statutory audit.
