About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit & Risk Management skilled to lead the assurance and internal controls agenda for a diversified business. This leadership position plays a crucial role in strengthening governance, improving process efficiency and delivering value-added insights through structured audit programs and risk reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and drive the Internal Audit plan across business verticals, leveraging data analytics and technology.
2. Provide strategic oversight of enterprise-wide risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
3. Drive operational excellence by identifying transformation opportunities that enhance business performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.
4. Lead benchmarking initiatives to assess business performance against industry standards and emerging best practices.
5. Direct comprehensive gap assessments across commercial, financial, legal, technical,



and operational domains to identify strategic risks and value creation opportunities.
6. Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, foster alignment, and enable informed decision-making.
7. Lead the timely delivery of high-quality audit engagements, ensuring actionable insights, robust recommendations, and measurable business impact.

Skills & Knowledge -

- Educational Qualification: CA, Engineer, or MBA.
- Experience: 7+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Governance.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Manufacturing and/or Commodity sector.
- Audit Expertise: Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
