POSITION : SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER CATHODIC PROTECTION

QUALIFICATION
Engineer with min 5-7 years experience in Project Planning / Execution/ Coordination, Testing & Commissioning
Qualification : BE / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics / other Engineering background
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Others

Experience : Experience in Handling Project Execution at Site with Contracting background OIL & GAS field will be preferred.
Location : Maharastra
Additional Qualification : NACE LEVEL 2
CTC : Salary package will be decided on Qualification & experience. Site Accommodation, Conveyance, Food Allowance shall be provided by Company

Experience : Should have work experience in Plant Piping CP system, Cross Country
Pipelines, Above Ground, etc

JOB PROFILE
Supervision of Installation of Complete Cathodic Protection system, T/R units, Test Post, Magnesium Anodes, MMO Anodes bonding, Deep well anode ground beds, Pin brazing, Thermit Welding, Junction boxes, Polarization Cell replacement, Surge Diverter, Over voltage protection, Termination at Test post, and Temporary anode ground bed Installation.

Testing & Commissioning of ICCP System.





Should have work experience in Plant Piping CP system, Cross Country Pipelines, Above Ground, etc

Project Execution

- Understanding the Design documents & implementing at site
- Planning, execution, Erection, testing & Commissioning of Cathodic Protection System
- Knowledge in Cable Laying, Panel Erection, Site coordination, etc
- Pre Commissioning & Testing activities
- Site Coordination, attending meetings with Consultants, Customers, TPI etc
- Generating Reports & approval of site work.

Consulting & projects

- Ability to work closely with Senior leadership and actively able to plan, implement Execute & close the Contracts
- Well versed with Site Procurement, Generating Running Account Bills, Site Material Certifications, Payment followups, Asbuilt Documentation etc
- Well versed with Site Quality Plan, HSE Policy, Safety Policy

Team Management

- Coordinating with Consultants, Main contractor, site Engineers, technicians, Supervisors. Setting up Site Office & Management. Preparing Reports, Testing procedures, Plans, Site Work Progress reports etc
