Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop layouts for books, journals, magazines, newsletters, and other digital publishing materials.
- Create illustrations, infographics, cover designs, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
- Format and prepare publication files for print and digital distribution, including eBooks and online platforms.
- Ensure consistency in typography, branding, color schemes, and visual elements across publications.
- Work closely with editors, content developers, and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
- Optimize graphics and images for web, mobile, and print applications.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates,



and style guides.
- Stay updated with publishing trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- experience in graphic design, preferably within the publishing, media, or e-learning industry would be added advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Solid understanding of typography, page layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
