We are seeking an experienced General Manager/Assistant General Manager - Operations to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Operations Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Dispatch Coordination, and O&M; Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Oversee asset management, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets
- Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring seamless execution of operations
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze and interpret data to inform operations decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Dispatch Coordination, and O&M; Operations
- Strong understanding of operations principles and practices
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
