Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in Railway Infrastructure projects to lead and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in planning, execution, client coordination, contract management, and team leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of railway infrastructure projects from mobilization to project completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage construction activities including track works, station buildings, bridges, earthwork, drainage, and allied railway infrastructure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and productivity to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Railways standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
- Review and approve project billing, quantity measurements, and subcontractor payments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Lead project review meetings and submit periodic progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality,



and environmental standards at all project sites.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution.
- Manage project documentation, contract administration, and change orders.
- Mentor and guide project engineers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, and other project staff.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.Tech or PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Railway Infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale railway EPC projects.
- Experience in coordination with Indian Railways, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), DFCCIL, Metro Rail, or other government railway authorities is preferred.
