Your key responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer with 4 10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI systems . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern GenAI orchestration tools like LangChain and LangGraph .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for domain-specific use cases
- Develop Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous decision-making
- Integrate LLMs with structured & unstructured data sources using vector databases and SQL
- Create scalable data pipelines and APIs using Python-based frameworks
- Utilize LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex workflows and multi-agent systems
- Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate LLM performance for accuracy and latency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product)
- Ensure responsible AI practices , including observability, testing, and governance
- Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI and apply them to real-world applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 4 10 years of overall experience in software engineering / data engineering / AI/ML




- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI or NLP-based systems

Technical Skills

Core GenAI Skills

- Strong understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs) (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG architectures

- Experience with:

- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- Embeddings and semantic search

Programming & Data

- Solid proficiency in:
- Python (mandatory)
- SQL (advanced querying, optimization)

- Experience with:

- REST APIs / microservices
- Data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

Frameworks & Tools

- Hands-on expertise in:
- LangChain
- LangGraph

- Familiarity with:

- ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow optional)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP preferred)
