Job Overview
Responsible for managing UPI and API-based banking services, including integrations, production support, and compliance with NPCI/RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end UPI operations: onboarding, certification, golive, and production support
- Manage API integrations for fintechs, partners, and internal systems
- Coordinate with NPCI, vendors, and internal IT teams
- Monitor transactions, settlements, and resolve incidents (L2/L3)
- Ensure API security, uptime, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and documentation
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of UPI architecture & NPCI guidelines
- Experience in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API security
- Banking & Digital Payments domain experience
- Incident & production support experience
Education
BE / BTech / MCA / IT-related degree
