Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Lead Designer to drive visual storytelling across digital and offline channels. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools, along with the ability to guide and mentor a small design team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can translate business objectives into compelling creative assets while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, website, CRM, and offline channels.
- Design high-quality visual assets including static creatives, banners, landing page visuals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video creatives for advertisements, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance creative efficiency, ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Brand, Content, Product, and E-commerce teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communication and marketing materials.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design outputs from team members and external agencies.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks,



and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-driven creative technologies.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Creative Design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, digital creatives, and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Basic experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating with designers and creative stakeholders.
- Robust understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital-first businesses.
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.
- Experience with video production, storyboarding, or creative strategy.
