The Asia Trading Systems Support team is our prestigious, highly skilled, technical and business-facing team within Nomura spanning across India, Australia and Hong Kong. The team provides trading technology services to Nomuras electronic, portfolio trading, and high-touch sales teams across the region. Collaborating globally with US and EU regions, TSS strives to improve, build, and architect Nomuras trading platform to become the leading example of all execution trading platforms. Serving as the critical bridge between technology and the trading business, TSS combines deep technical expertise with robust commercial awareness to deliver real-time production support, platform engineering, and strategic enhancements that empower traders and drive superior execution outcomes for clients.
We put our clients and users of our execution trading platform first. The financial industry is always changing and we need Trading Support Analysts who are passionate about tackling technology and workflow problems that lead to the best customer experience.
In the role, you will work with development, product and business users to deliver stability, control and trading solutions to our core trading platform. You can interpret,
diagnose and define problems, apply creativity and critical thinking with a thirst for learning about technology and its application in trading.
Above all, you are a team-player with the ability to communicate ideas/solutions to your teammates with a passionate drive to explore your curiosity and improve the trading platform.

You could be working on any number of products and projects on the core trading platform. Duties & responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):
- Manage Asia Trading support team in India, Leadership and Lead by example
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration - Provide regular updates regarding status or progress made to managers and stakeholders.
