We are hiring a Senior Lead / Principal DevOps Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to architect and optimize our continuous delivery ecosystem. This role serves as the strategic bridge between Engineering and IT Operations.
Location: Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli
Must-Have Skills:
- CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
- Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes - EKS/AKS/GKE)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation)
- Configuration Management (Ansible / Chef / Puppet)
- Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Current Relic)
- GitOps & Branching Strategies
- Linux & Shell Scripting
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and govern end-to-end CI/CD automation blueprints.
- Lead cloud infrastructure design, migration, and cost optimization.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm and implement GitOps workflows.
- Enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deterministic environments.
- Design distributed monitoring, log aggregation, and predictive alerting.
- Ensure high-availability, security, and compliance in BFSI-regulated environments.
- Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 - 15 Years
- Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Certified (preferred)
