Establishing and developing/managing relationship with Clients and providing excellent customer service

Candidate must be able to develop strong business relationship within all levels of the Client s company and with existing and potential clients

To provide quotes to Client as well as negotiate with Shippers

To influence Clients to take steps that confers maximum advantages to the company

Take ownership of Client s issues and follow through till resolution

Convey company s solutions to Client as well as provide customer support

Responsible for handling Domestic as well as International Trade Exhibitions/Shows

Activity includes providing quotations , follow-up, preparing Load Sheet (Summary sheet), Insurance Request Forms and upload into the Company s website

Draft bills for invoice generation for exhibitions/shows and arrange to send final bills to exhibitors
