Roles and Responsibilities :

- 1. Understanding fundamentals of Project Management model (Waterfall and Agile)

2. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects in parallel

3. Managing and tracking project baselines (scope, cost and time)

4. Track project progress and prepare status updates for internal and external stakeholders

5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

6. Participate in meetings, reviews, and audits related to project performance

7. Managing change requests by documenting, tracking, communicating with stakeholders, and obtaining necessary approvals to adhering change control process

8. Understanding, preparing and updating various project and operation related documentations like MOM, reports, presentations, budgets and schedules, various analysis, As-Is, various registers, etc.

9. Ensuring smoother transition from Projects to Operations

Job Requirements :





1. CAPM certified would be preferred

2. Should have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

3. Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) and G suite (Gmail, Drive, Chat, meet, docs)

4. Should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills

5. Should be a self-starter, quick learner, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment

6. Should have good organizational, multitasking and effective time management skills

7. Should be energetic, hardworking, ambitious, focused and goal-oriented

8. Must demonstrate a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and high-quality outputs

9. Familiarity with digital tools is a must
