Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration (20122022).
- Expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Always On Availability Groups, WSFC, Log Shipping, Replication, and Disaster Recovery.
- Robust knowledge of T-SQL programming, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and query optimization.
- Experience with performance tuning using DMVs, Query Store, Extended Events, SQL Profiler, PerfMon, and DBCC commands.
- Experience in backup/restore strategies and recovery planning.
- Knowledge of index maintenance, statistics management, and database optimization.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and database migrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and T-SQL scripting.
- Working knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and basic SSAS concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Spotlight, JAMS, or similar monitoring solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
