Assistant Manager / Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
About the Role
Analytical, business-oriented FP&A; Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and strategic decision support, partnering closely with business and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- MIS reporting and management dashboards/KPIs
- Prepare Board/Investor MIS and presentations.
- Drive variance and business performance analysis
- Support cash flow and working capital management
- Partner with business teams to monitor revenue, collections, profitability, and key business KPIs
- Support board and investor reporting
Desired Profile
- Qualified CA with 6-10 years in FP&A; / Business / Corporate Finance
- Robust in financial modeling, budgeting, and MIS
- Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
