We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring Intern to support our recruitment team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, with focus on campus recruitment initiatives. You will gain exposure to sourcing, screening, employer branding, and candidate engagement while working closely with HR professionals.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus networks.
- Support screening and shortlisting resumes based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Help organize campus hiring drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Contribute to employer branding activities such as social media campaigns and campus engagement events.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
