*ABOUT THE ROLE*
Teleperformance is urgently hiring *Customer Service Representatives* for our *Chat Process* at Malad, Mumbai.
You will be the first point of contact for customers via chat, delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic support while representing a leading global brand.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution
- Maintain high CSAT scores and meet defined KPIs
- Accurately log interactions and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
- Adhere to process guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards
*WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR*
*Qualification:* Graduate - Mandatory
*Experience:* Prior experience in Customer Service/BPO - Mandatory
*Preferred:* Banking/Financial process experience - Added Advantage
*Other Requirements:*
- Excellent written English communication and typing speed
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
