Role & responsibilities
As a Senior Academic Counselor, you will be the face of Postedu, guiding ambitious working professionals towards their ideal career paths. Make outbound calls to warm, prospective students and working professionals. Understand student aspirations and counsel them on suitable online courses & eligibility. Build strong rapport network.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales or B2C Tele-Sales.
Location Preference- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai are highly preferred.
Skills- Exceptional verbal communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a career driven mindset.
Attributes- High energy, Self-Motivated, Confident closer, and someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
Perks and perks
SALARY: 25,000 - 70,000 Fixed Pay (Per Month) + High-Yield Uncapped Incentives.
