Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support execution of robotics programs by coordinating with cross-functional teams, like Hardware Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain (SCM), etc.. This role will focus on project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across teams involved in building and delivering physical products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end robotics product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across Electronics, Mechanical, and SCM teams.
- Track project plans, milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
- Follow up with teams on action items and deliverables.
- Schedule project meetings, document discussions, and share clear action notes.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and basic status reports.
- Support issue tracking, risk identification, and timely escalation.
- Assist in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.
- Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between teams during design, prototyping, and execution phases.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering operations, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of hardware electronics, mechanical development, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Excel, JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have

- Exposure to robotics, consumer electronics, or manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of BOMs, sourcing timelines, or engineering change processes.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a project management role.
