Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager, Talent & Learning Processes to lead the deployment and execution of global talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and compliance learning initiatives.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of annual talent and learning cycles, system readiness, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and governance. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with HR process knowledge and the ability to collaborate across global teams to drive operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Program Management & Process Execution
- Lead the deployment and execution of global performance management, talent review, succession planning, and compliance learning programs.
- Manage annual program cycles, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Ensure processes and workflows are executed consistently and in alignment with global standards.
Systems & Process Enablement
- Partner with HR Product and Digital HR teams to define business requirements and support system configuration.
- Coordinate testing, launch readiness activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for talent and learning systems.
- Ensure effective system functionality and user experience across global populations.
Stakeholder Training & Communications
- Develop and deliver guidance materials, toolkits, communications, and training resources for managers and HR teams.
- Drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of talent and learning processes globally.
- Support change management efforts associated with program rollouts and enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor program completion and participation metrics across regions and functions.
- Collaborate with Workforce Analytics and HR Product teams to develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
- Prepare high-quality materials and executive reporting for talent and performance review discussions.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Analytics, and business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
- Support SOX controls, audit readiness, and risk mitigation activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
Education & Certifications required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent skilled experience.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide or global HR programs.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, succession planning, learning, or compliance processes.
- Experience coordinating annual HR cycles and large-scale process deployments.
- Demonstrated experience working with HR systems and technology platforms.
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Degree or certification in Human Resources, Program Management, or Project Management.
- Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
- Experience developing reporting and dashboard solutions to measure program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
