Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers and offer suitable product recommendations based on application requirements.
- Conduct site visits, onsite demonstrations, and handle troubleshooting to ensure smooth product performance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with R&D; and production teams to convey field insights and support product improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, training sessions, and product demos.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements during field operations.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
- M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Location - Pan India
