This is a field-first role, if you'd rather be out in the city than behind a desk, this is built for you. So, what you'll do:

- Conduct on-ground site visits for prospective properties across Mumbai MMR
- Assess liveability factors such as:

- Noise (traffic, railways, commercial activity)
- Traffic movement and congestion (time-of-day based)
- Access roads, road widths, ingress/egress
- Surrounding land use and neighbourhood dynamics
- Perform field surveys and gather local insights through informal interactions
- Flag constraints and risks not visible in plans or documents
- Document findings through written notes, photos, videos, and structured summaries

Who We're Looking For

- Open to freshers, as well as candidates with relevant experience
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently on field assignments
- Clear written and verbal communication - your reports will reach senior leadership




- Willingness to learn real estate fundamentals on the job

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Mumbai's neighborhoods and micro-markets
- Comfort with frequent site visits and city travel
- Two-wheeler or car (preferred, not mandatory)
