Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid expertise in the Banking domain to lead end-to-end delivery of Mobile Banking and Digital Banking projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale banking implementations, driving cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and coordinating with business and technology stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of mobile banking and digital transformation projects from initiation to production deployment.
- Manage multiple banking projects while ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, development, QA, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
- Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project execution using Waterfall methodology where applicable.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful integration with Core Banking Systems, Payment Platforms, REST APIs, and Microservices.




- Oversee mobile application release management for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure adherence to banking security standards, compliance requirements, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure successful project closure with proper documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in Project Management.
- Mandatory experience delivering at least two end-to-end Banking projects such as Core Banking, Digital Payments, Mobile Banking, or Digital Wallet implementations.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
