Role & responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive technical due diligence of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and plotted development projects.
- Evaluate project feasibility including approvals, development potential, construction methodology, project timelines, and execution risks.
- Assess project costs, construction budgets, cash flow assumptions, and implementation schedules.
- Review statutory approvals, title-related technical documents, development permissions, and regulatory compliances.
- Analyze project viability and identify technical, commercial, and execution risks before sanction of construction finance proposals.
- Prepare technical evaluation reports and present findings to internal credit and investment committees.
- Monitor funded projects through periodic site inspections, progress assessments,



and utilization reviews.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, consultants, legal teams, and internal stakeholders during project evaluation.
- Support underwriting teams by providing technical recommendations for lending decisions.
- Track market trends, construction practices, regulatory developments, and real estate sector dynamics.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, technical due diligence, valuation consulting, or construction finance.
- B.E or M.BA Grad
- Preferrably from Real Estate & Construction Finance Background
