Workind Days: 6 Days, 1 Rotational Off

Shifts: 9:40 AM - 7:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

CTC Range: 6.5 -7.5 LPA

Total Team Handling Experience: Minimum 10 - 20 frontline advisors with at least 2 years of people management experience

Preferred Industry:

BPO / Contact Centre

E-commerce

Assisted Buying / Inside Sales

Retail Customer Experience

Customer Success / Telesales

Other Skills:

Strong people management and coaching abilities

Proven track record of driving sales conversion and productivity

Experience managing KPIs such as Conversion, Productivity, Quality, Adherence and CSAT

Ability to conduct call audits, provide feedback and run coaching sessions

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting

Experience with CRM, Dialer, and omnichannel communication platforms

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment

Ability to drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) and team engagement initiatives
