Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Academic, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Support functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Coordination

- Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining.

Recruitment Operations





- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Update job postings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and closure status.

Employer Branding

- Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Strong screening and interviewing abilities.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
