Responsibilities :

- 10-15 Year of experience in Carving out attractive AI led solutions for both existing engagements & new delas/RFPs/RFIs
- Define and implement transformation across annotation, localization, and moderation workflows Enable human-in-the-loop models for accuracy and contextual judgement
- Identify inefficiencies and drive improvement in accuracy, consistency, SLA adherence, and productivity metrics Translate Trust & Safety policies into operational workflows and annotation guidelines Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations and content standards
- Collaborate with internal tech teams on tools, platforms, and model performance
- Generate insights to improve model performance and operational efficiency
